This area has great highway accessibility | Relatively new area (+- 14 years) | Surrounded by various up market estates (Southdowns Estate, Midstream Estate, Heritage Hill Estate, Eco Park Estate and Centurion Golf Estate) | Near Centurion Mall, Eco Boulevard Shopping Centre, Southdowns Shopping Centre, Highveld Shopping Centre, Irene Village Mall, Makro, etc. Close to the Highveld shopping area with Spar, pharmacy, Post Office, Wimpy and several other businesses as well as medical facilities.
