General information on sectional
title
rates
accounts
Due to queries regarding rates accounts for sectional title
properties from owners, we are providing the following information
which may assist you in resolving issues with rates accounts. With the
implementation of the new rates act on 1 July 2008, it is the
responsibility of Sectional Title (Townhouse) owners to:
(1) Obtain copy of statement from Managing Agent;
(2) Contact City of Tshwane on 012 358 9999 or email
customercare@tshwane.gov.za
to obtain account number and amount owing;
(3) Confirm postal address with City;
(4) Settle
accounts in full.
